Custom Orders: All custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is made to your specifications, and we want to ensure you love your design once it's completed.
Sized Items: Jewelry that has been resized is also non-returnable. We take great care in ensuring the correct size before finalizing the order, but once altered, the piece cannot be returned.
Defects or Errors: If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily assist with repairs or exchanges for defective items.
